Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We currently ship only to the United States and Canada. Orders from other countries are not accepted at this time.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery time

United States: 1–3 business days of processing + 5–8 business days of delivery from shipment. Canada: 1–3 business days of processing + 8–15 business days of delivery from shipment. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping costs

Free shipping on all orders to the United States and Canada.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Customs & import duties

We currently ship only to the United States and Canada. US orders are shipped with import duties prepaid (DDP), so you won't pay any extra fees on delivery. If a carrier ever asks you for a fee on delivery, in the US or Canada, please contact us at contact@hoplabel.com before paying and we'll sort it out.

Lost or delayed packages

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us at contact@hoplabel.com and we'll help track it down.

Shipping Protection (optional)

At checkout you can add optional Shipping Protection for $2.99. If your protected order is lost in transit, stolen after delivery is confirmed, or arrives damaged, contact us at contact@hoplabel.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date with your order number (and photos, for damaged items). We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund. Orders without Shipping Protection are still covered by our standard policy for packages that never arrive.
